The society is open for entry and closed for exit of participants.
The Premium package includes a charter for 1, 10, 30 pages.
The statute on one page contains all the information required by law. According to the selected rules of dispositive norms, it is identical to multi-page charters. It is compact and intuitive, attracts exotic, causes the respect of banks and the envy of counterparties.
The charter on 10 pages, besides the selected rules of dispositive norms, contains a part of the mandatory rules of law. Particular attention is paid to the provisions on the rights and obligations of the participants and the competence of the general meeting.
The statute on 30 pages contains all the rules of dispositive norms and corresponding imperative norms.
The charter is created without internal and external links.

The charter contains information about the presence of the seal of the company and includes without change all the rules stipulated by law, including
• the possibility of increasing the share capital at the expense of third parties
• the possibility of the participants alienating their shares to third parties
• transfer of share to the heirs and successors without the consent of the participants
• possibility of pledge of a share to third parties
• the possibility of selling the company's share to third parties
• the inability to withdraw members from society
• confirmation of the adoption by the general meeting of the decision and the composition of the participants who were present at its adoption, by notarization
