Achieving competitive advantages gives the company the opportunity to realize its strengths, eliminate weak aspects and occupy its niche in the market. At the same time, the strategy for achieving competitive advantages is a dynamic process that needs constant modification, depending on changing external and internal conditions. For successful implementation of the policy in the field of increasing competitiveness, the Manager must build a strategic model on the basis of which recommendations are developed for achieving targets in terms of the company's competitive advantages.
Approaches that allow to aggregate scientific knowledge in the field of management in combination with the capabilities of information technologies, on the basis of which it is possible to successfully build a model, monitor the current situation, and make decisions on the implementation of the competitiveness strategy, are of great importance.
The main factor in this strategy is the use of advanced methods of strategic planning, the search for innovative advantages, the use of advanced approaches in the organization of activities that differ from the approaches of competitors. It is necessary to rely on methods of scientific analysis, methods of cognitive modeling, monitor the situation, monitor market trends, changes in the system of legislation.
Strategic factors for achieving competitiveness in the residential real estate segment for construction companies that are both developers and provide services for servicing the infrastructure of residential complexes, i.e., provide a full cycle of construction of residential complexes from planning to commissioning, settlement and management of infrastructure, are technologies for a full cycle of construction and commissioning of infrastructure elements that provide an improved quality of life for the population.
