Instructions for resetting the error.

1. The printer must be connected via a USB cable.

2. The print queue must be cleared.

5. Unzip the archive to the desktop. To unpack the archive, use the 7zip program.
6. Open the Adjprog_original.exe file

8. In the Select menu, select the desired printer model
9. In the Port field, leave Auto Selection or select USB Port with the name of your printer model in brackets and click OK.
10. The next step is to click Particular adjustment mode
11. In the large list of lines, find Waste ink pad counter
12. In the window that appears, you need to click 2 checkboxes: Main pad counter, Platen pad counter and click Check

13. Numbers with the percentage of the counters will appear. One of them should show 100. It needs to be reset, the other two are optional.
