The main purpose of the program - to help push as many MP3 files into a relatively small memory of the mobile phone with an MP3 player.
By cruel experiments on my ear, it was found that the sound on the telephone headset MP3 files with bit rates of 32 kbit / s is virtually identical to the files with a bit rate of 128 kbit / s. The file size is less than a factor of 3-4.
This program is an add-in for narrowcasting codec LAME.EXE. There is a sufficient number of very good add-ons for this codec, but they somehow are often not implemented the ability to include MP3 as input for compression. This archive already contains lame codec it does not need to search the Internet. The first time you need to specify the path to it.
