Instructions for activating the code only on the PS console:
1. Set up a Sony Entertainment Network account at eu.playstation.com/registration. The promo code can only be activated through
account exported to the region of the Russian Federation.
2. Log in to the PlayStation®Store on your console or website.
3. Select Redeem Codes (on PS Vita, tap the Options icon at the bottom of the screen).
4. Enter 12 digits of the promo code and click "Continue".
5. Follow the republics on the screens.
