The first group includes:
- Actually "compulsory insurance" which can be carried out "at his own expense or at the expense of interested parties" (art. 927, para. 2);
- "Obligatory state insurance", which is carried out "at the expense of funds provided from the corresponding budget" (Art. 927, p. 3).
In the first group ("compulsory insurance") the objects of insurance protection - is:
- Life and health of citizens, property,
-grazhdanskaya liability of the insured to other persons (art. 927, para. 2);
The second group includes:
"Compulsory State Insurance":
The life and health of citizens,
-their property (Art. 927, item 3).
