Introduction
The main role in the detection, seizure and fixation plays a forensic technician. Forensic technology as part of criminology is a system of theoretical propositions, as well as scientific and technical methods to detect, capture and examination of evidence for the effective investigation and prevention of crimes.
The theoretical development of this section are based on the laws of natural science, forensic laws of interaction of objects with the criminal event, the theory of forensic identification. Development of methods of forensic technology is based on the needs of the judicial and investigative practice, using the achievements of scientific and technological progress and theoretical provisions of this section. Using the achievements of science, criminology is not limited to simple borrowing procedures of these sciences. Borrowing in finished form can be discussed only in respect of technical means (tools, devices, various settings, etc.). As for the methods of their application in specific circumstances of the investigation of crimes, such methods are being developed of the forensics in accordance with its objectives and targets.
The solution of problems of detection, fixation, removal of traces that are unique to forensics, in some cases, require design and some technical equipment, fixtures, equipment ready technology. However, the need for it arises only when there is no similar technical means in fundamental and applied areas. Therefore, forensic activities on designing instruments subject to all the same goal - the development of effective methods of detection, fixation and removal of traces.
