Purpose of the program:
The program is designed to automate the work of fitness clubs, spas, sports salons, etc.
The program requires a number of directories:
1. Reference "Clients". The purpose of the directory. Adding, editing and deleting the necessary information about clients served. The directory is two-level. Each client can be a member of a specific group. It is possible to add customer photos. Add, edit and delete categories using the drop-down menu.
2. Reference "Employees". The purpose of the directory. Adding, editing and deleting the necessary information about the club employees. The directory is two-level. Each employee can be a member of a specific group. It is possible to add photos of the employee. Add, edit and delete categories using the drop-down menu.
3. Directory of "Specialties". Storage of information about the specialties of the employee.
4. Reference "Materials". The purpose of the directory. Adding, editing and deleting the necessary information about the materials used in the training process. The directory is two-level. Each material can be in a specific group. Information in the reference book on the cost of the materials used. Add, edit and delete categories using the drop-down menu.
5. Reference "Services". The purpose of the directory. Adding, editing and deleting the necessary information about the services provided. The directory is two-level. Each service can be in a specific group. Information in the reference book about the price of the service and duration. Add, edit and delete categories using the drop-down menu.
Basic information about the club’s work is in the main window of the program. It is divided into 4 parts. In the left panel there is a calendar in the form of a tree (year-month-day). Using it, you can quickly receive information about visits over a period of time (year-month-day). The right pane contains detailed information about an individual visit. The central panel contains basic information about customers visiting the club. The bottom part additionally displays information about the materials used in the training process.
To obtain information about the club, you can use graphs and reports. All documents are generated in MS Word.
The project was created in the environment of Delphi 7.
