The hero you chose crashes on the ocean. There are only plane wrecks and predatory monsters around, but the protagonist successfully breaks through to the camp in a luxurious mansion. Further, the plot is moved forward by absolutely insane characters, giving out no less insane tasks. In peacetime, the city was home to eccentrics of all stripes, but the apocalypse allowed their madness to reveal itself to the fullest!
