We offer a methodology, which aims - to reduce eye strain when recognizing letters while reading. Suspected adverse achievable goal - to increase reading speed because neural connections with the recognition of color is affected less (will not be involved patterns of shape recognition) than the recognition of black-and-white symbol. It used most convenient, in my opinion, the layout of colors. The archive file - description of the methodology, along with the macros, which convert the letters in color. And in the second file - a fairy tale "The Wizard of Oz" in which every 10 pages even one letter is replaced by a colored rectangle.
