Database Schedule training sessions designed to maintain the schedule of studies, capacity planning of teachers and classrooms of the University.
1. Division
Units University form a hierarchical structure, where one unit subject to a superior. The department is subject to the faculty, the faculty - University.
2. Training Unit
Training Unit of the University form a hierarchical list of streams and groups, where each thread belongs to one of the faculties. Each group refers to one of the streams, and therefore one of the faculties.
3. Teachers
Teachers University form a list of employees working in certain departments of the university.
4. Premises
The premises of the University form a linear list of classrooms.
5. Training schedule
Training schedule is made for the faculty for a certain period of time. Schedules can not overlap periods of time.
6. Detailed training schedule
Detailed training schedule is a list of facts.
7. Rules
o The room can be used only one training unit at any one time
o The room can be used by the training unit, if the number of students is less than or equal to the count of indoor seats
o teacher can be only one session at each time point
o The teacher may not work more than 8 hours per day
8. Basic functions
o Maintain a list of units.
o Maintain a list of educational units with the ability to view the schedule of study units.
o Maintain a list of teachers with the ability to view individual teacher's work plan.
o Maintain a list of facilities, with the ability to view the loading plan a separate room.
