13(1) To plot a calibration graph for phototurbidimetric determination of anabasine hydrochloride (C10H14N2*HCl, M=198.694), V ml of a 0.1% aqueous solution of C10H14N2*HCl, ethanol, phosphotungstic acid, and water were added to the mark in 25.0 ml flasks. The resulting suspension was photometrically measured and the following was obtained:
v, ml 0.20 0.25 0.30 0.50
A 0.48 0.54 0.66 1.09
Determine the concentration (mol/l) of anabasine hydrochloride in the solution using the following data on the optical density of sample V1 ml, from which 50.0 ml of suspension was prepared under similar conditions.
