13. A 0.1248 g sample of chlorpromazine substance was dissolved in 0.01 M HCl and the volume was adjusted to 20 ml in a volumetric flask. 1 ml of the resulting solution was placed in a 100 ml volumetric flask and the volume was adjusted to the mark with the same solvent. The optical density of the resulting solution was measured Ax = 0.415 at 255 nm in a cuvette with an absorbing layer thickness of 1 cm. In parallel, the optical density of a standard solution of chlorpromazine was measured Ast = 0.420. To prepare a standard solution, a 0.1563 g sample of aminazim was placed in a 250 ml volumetric flask, dissolved in 0.01 M HCl, and the resulting solution was diluted 100 times. Calculate the content (in%) of the active substance in the drug.
