45. To control the content of the carcinogen benzopyrene in water, 100 liters of river water were passed through a microconcentration cartridge with a recovery rate of 97%. Next, benzopyrene was desorbed with 10 μL of hexane. A sample with a volume of 1 μl was taken from the resulting solution and introduced into the chromatograph. A benzopyrene peak with an area of 190 mm2 was detected. The benzopyrene calibration curve was constructed from standard solutions with concentrations of 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg/l, with an injected sample volume of 1 μl. The areas of their peaks will be 46, 93, 234, 470 and 931 mm2, respectively. Determine the content of benzopyrene in river water.
